When we are dealing with items such as personal papers, financials records or any personal files that a client may have in their home, it is important to save them for the client but we cannot really clean them.
At least it’s not cost effective to do so. But these may still be something that the homeowner or your client wants to sort thru on their own to toss what they don’t need and photo copy what they want to keep.
And remember if these are financial records you don’t want to be responsible for throwing them away. Let the client do that.
