Your investment for the hands on training includes lunch each day, Procedures Manual and a Flash Drive full of the SOP’s and forms that we will be using on the job. Your investment also includes 5 intense days of hands on experience. We will be doing contents cleaning as well as structure cleaning. You will be responsible for airfare, transportation to and from the airport as well as to and from your hotel to our meeting location. Most of the hotels in the area include hot breakfast with your room. Once you have signed up you will receive an email with hotel recommendations and PPE gear that you will be responsible to bring with you.
We will be starting class Monday morning at 9am so you should plan on flying in and driving to the hotel on Sunday night. Once you purchase your seat you will be able to download a PDF with all the pertinent class information, ie. training facility address, hotel info and more.
You will do, learn and experience the following:
Contents Cleaning – Evaluating the fire and how items will need to be handled ie pack-out, clean in place, etc. to best achieve pre-loss results.
Structure Cleaning – Where to start and how to be ridiculously efficient on the job. The best cleaning solutions and equipment to use. How to setup your equipment on the job site.
Release Forms and Authorizations – We will provide you with the proper paperwork and show you how to use it to ensure you maximize your profit margins, consistently have high quality control on every single job and CYA- Cover Your Assets legally and financially,
Eliminating Odor – We will teach you the multiple step process we use to eliminate all odor on any job. Backed with a 100% no odor guarantee for life!
Orchestrating The Ultimate Client Experience – You will leave the job knowing how to orchestrate, create and control your client experience. It’s up to you to set the clients expectations and we will show you how to do that and then exceed them.
